water tank heaters???

Hi Can any one help I have a 1000ltr waer tank in my van .

The problem I face is that the water seem to be freezing up over night.  Its basically taking me ages to get going in the morning.

Does any body know if there is any sort of water heaters or a similar product?

Either put an electric fan heater inside the van set on low, this means running a cable to van though. Or a parrafin greenhouse heater in the van (WHILE STATIONARY) should keep jack frost away enough to stop a freeze
