nice set up lot more pro than some you see by the way luke is that protecta cote on the floor or what i really need to get something down in my van sharpish so should get it done over xmas
thats the same colour protectakote I have in my van, and works well, if using just remember to wear gloves, dont listen and you will have hands like a smurf for ages  ;)

4 days actually ;)  ;D when i used it for the first time my rubber gloves split and i never realised. If you've got drainage holes in the back of your van just remember if painting on your van on your drive you may end up with a spotty drive...cause i did!  ;D

On a side note @ windowwashers, I thought you had a pure freedom wfp system? Didn't know they do hot systems as well?
as far as I know they dont, but dont quote me on that ;)

and yes I have a freedom install

Its a Peugeot expert 2.0 HDI 900KG payload. It pulls perfectly with a full tank and two men!! And it DOES have side doors Mr Solubility!! :) The Varistream can be turned on simply by the other worker. It was fitted by the window cleaning warehouse, they really are great guys!!! I will get hot water in the near future but the priority is to make money with what I've already got! Luke

Talk to Steve, he's a really nice guy ( tell him I told you that!! ). They have nearly everything you could ever want in the warehouse. They also own the big window cleaning company Crystal Clear who clean the Welsh Assembley, Millenium Stadium etc etc. Luke

I bought this kit:

http://www.anti-slip-paint.co.uk/protectakote-bedvan-liner-blue-p-44.html

and a bottle of xylene off the same site. I think it cost just under 100 quid with postage. Xylene is used as a thinner, DO NOT USE any other type of thinner with this paint. Instructions and pads are provided to prepare the floor, but I did it like this:

1. Take ply up
2. Hoover floor
3. Clean floor with damp cloth
4. Dry floor with cloth
5. Rub floor down with pads provided
6. Wipe with damp cloth to pick up dust
7. Wipe floor with xylene
8. Apply coating

Its important to use better gloves than the ones provided in the kit and not too panick and take your time, Luke
