i used 2 werk for a company a few years back and we use 2 do window cleaning for him as well as carpet cleaning now im werkin for my self as a window cleaner i also would like branch out into carpets have some knowledge of carpet and uphostery cleaning prochem machines seem 2 be the tool for the job and chemicals im going 2 do the 1 day couse when u buy machine any advice would b great

Firstly you will need to go on a course for carpet & upholstery cleaning.  Prochem do the courses.  Your budget will determin what type of machine you buy and if you buy new or used.  Prochem & HydraMaster will be able to supply you with a very good portable or truckmount along with very good chemicals.  You will here alot about other machines & chemicals but to be honest i would stick with Prochem & or HydraMaster.  Contact details are below;

Steve, when I started off I went on Prochem corse and found it great it really got me started, but I would say find a good supplier near by who can help you out in the early days.  When things go wrong, its good to have someone to fall back on for advice, and they may know of a decent second hand porty going.
