Comprehensive Cleaning Services Contract for Midsummer Housing Association and on behalf of the Guinness Trust.
Midsummer Housing Association (the Authority) is a Registered Social Landlord, responsible for approximately 4 000 units of housing stock in and around Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire. The Authority is seeking to appoint one suitably qualified and experienced service provider to carry out cleaning services at all of the Authority's properties with communal areas (approximately 170 buildings, including sheltered housing schemes), including window cleaning, janitorial services, removal of rubbish, cleaning supplies provision and bulk rubbish removal.
The contract will also cover the cleaning of the Authority's head office.
Interested service providers should note that the Authority manages properties on behalf of the Guinness Trust and therefore this procurement is lodged on behalf of those properties owned by the Guinness Trust in the Milton Keynes area, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Bedfordshire for which the Authority has management responsibility.
