Because of Windowwashers i am forced to start this topic lol,if you want tidy pole hoses on these freezing cold mornings submerge your pole hose in very hot water so that it`s soft and floppy,take it out and shape it how you want it ie loops fairly tight ones while hose is still hottish,hold it in this position until it cools down and there you go nice and tidy reshaped pole hoses that will keep there shape when coiled up after every job.Another good tip is to cut a peice of velcro about 6" long use it to hold pole hose in a loop after each job if your tidy like me or at the end of the day.

I use a velcro tie fixed to the pole gooseneck and secure the hose to the neck with the velcro tie. Makes it easy to hang uncluttered on a pole rack

This tip really does work, and saves alot of time 

ADDING TO THE TIP, INSTEAD OF HOLDING TILL COOL, DIP IT IN FREEZING COLD WATER SAVES TIME AND ALSO LETS YOU KNOW HOW YOUR HANDS WILL FEEL LATER IN THE DAY IF YOUR NOT WEARING GLOVES

I use yellow streamline lite 5mm internal hose because it's really supple, light, coils easily but doesn't tangle as easily as 6mm tricoflex and definitely doesn't freeze as easily as Ionics 4mm internal hose which can freeze very quickly unless you are a thermal WFP user.
