i used to work for a national cleaning contract company, who would go out and find business, then the franchise ( for a better word) would buy the contract.
well i gave that up in August, therefore Tuesday is the end of our first three months trading. believe me there is so much work out there in general cleaning, whether that be carpets, windows, regular premises or special larger stuff.
we are doing well, but my advice wouldbe to invest money in selling yourself to your potential clients, rather than contract companies
