Also find out if the builders will still be on the premises.
It can be a soul destroying  task doing these cleans when the builders are still there because you can end up doing the same job many times over!.

You want to establish if the builder requires a Sparkle clean or a Handover clean. Sounds like it will be a reasonably tidy job with carpets down etc, but that could still require a fair bit of work before it is handed over to the client. Remember, a Sparkle clean takes place after it has already been cleaned !

2 of us doing Handover clean at a school that size, would take just a day, £400-£500 would be a good price, depending on your location
