hi guys
does anyone know a painter  as i got called to give a quote for property internal clean and was asked if we did more than cleaning  i said  we would see what we could do not expecting what came next 12,500 sq ft of cleaning and after detailed measure 6,000 sqft of wall painting two colour hoping to quote for this and estimate that client would like it done between xmas and new year any help would be greatfully received as we don't do painting but don't want to miss out on the possible first deep clean and maintenance cleans that will follow just because we don't do painting
we know how to quote for cleaning but not painting and i feel that we will only get a yes if we can do it all

Simon if the job has got to be done between xmas and new year  i'd phone up a couple of local painting firms and get a price in asap.

You might end up with someone from here saying they will do the painting,then make a mess of it .

Hello, I am in Kent but for imformation for that area of wall you will find that contract painters will spray it, this produces a very high standard of finish but the overspray leave a dust so get the painters in before you clean
