try an acid based cleaner available from builders merchants/diy . read the manufacturers instructions carefully and do a test area first. they are all basically an acid with a surfactant. really depends on what you are cleaning/ how bad it is and what machine/attachments you have. most high spec rigs will clean most things without chems.

haven't used b&q but as i said they are all mostly the same thing ie about 5 to 10%HCl plus a surfactant. i have used the build center version. but you should be ok
