hi, being my first year in carpet cleaning could anyone tell me when to expect work to slow down. I know the build up to christmas is the busy times.
Also do you advertise more when quiet (leaflets, direct mailing local rag).
cheers
Rob.

January can be quiet but you could try pushing some of the December rush into January. Some people are quite happy to put off the cleaning until January if you gently point out that it will be more convenient for THEM if they have it done when the tree isn't in the way and all the Christmas clutter. A reminder to customers that a lot of traffic will pass over their newly cleaned carpets during Christmas can also help to push work into the New Year. All to the CUSTOMERS best advantage
Good Luck with bookings.
