First of all I would just like to say what an excellent site this is!!!


Stain removal is a pain in the ass!!!. When we get a carpet where the wand just glides over and turns to new condition it feels great and restores the confidence 100% but its those $%&£ stains and spots that come along every now and then that just dont want to leave. Then you wish the carpets had been protected.

What I want to know is??? when you get urine stains, coffee and tea browning ect. what do you use to get them out? I have tried tea and coffee remover and loads of others, can any one give me a tip or two.
For example how do you get a 10 year old coffee stain (2inches diameter) out of a white axminster carpet??? Come on!!!

Went to the NCCA Spot & Stain removal course recently and Paul Pearce, whilst demonstrating coffee stain removal he could not completely remove it. This was on a piece of carpet prepared by him for the demonstration.
He was using a steam gun.

what does that tell you! Some of them you just can't win, and Mr Pearce does not do easy set up as well.( fair play it would be easy for him to do jut that and make himself look great) 

My stock answer is " if i can't get it out no else can" never proved wrong yet but there is still time.
