changing vans

hey everyone im thinking about changing from my 96 renault trafic to a ford escort as at the moment i haven't got huge amounts of work and i could do with the extra cash i get from selling it, but i was just wondering what other people thought as i think that it should be ok??

do you use wfp? if so what is your tank size, if trad then would be ok.
When you say escort do you mean van or car?

hey, it will be a van and atm im using a 650 but im sure i can get away with 250 and im wfp

heh yeh i know but im finding it really hard at the moment and fuel costs are hitting me hard, its doing like 25 mpg
I am guessing you travel quite a bit then.
Have you worked out how much money you will be left with after the sale of your van? if it is a couple of hundred pounds I would say dont do it, I would say get an over draft get some leaflets and go get more work as there is plenty out there. if there is a big chunk of cash and it will make life alot easier for the long term then I would say do it.
it is easy for me to say this as I dont have money troubles. You have to think what is right for you and your business.

All I say is dont sell and regret if after, right down for's and against selling it.

You will then have the answer to your question staring back at you.

hi theres gona be around 700+ after buying new van which will pay of a debt, ive written the fors and against and i just think the big van is too much atm
Then that is your answer m8.
you can always get another big van when you expand.
