Tobi steamer
« on: December 02, 2007, 10:14:46 am »
Does anyone own, or has used, a Tobi Steamer? Saw it while I was flicking through the channels this morning and I think I could sell the product as an extra service - if it works.

Apparently, it replaces an iron and can also be used to rid mattresses and pillows of dust mites.

Take a look and see what you think (link at the bottom).

Belive me, no steamer can replace an iron. These steamers or at least commercial versions are widely used in retail to reduce the creasing on hanging fabric displays, curtains, and fabric merchandise that may be damaged by ironing. It is better than nothing and safer than an iron, but thats about it. If you have an ordinary steam cleaner then this will be capable of sanitising in the same way as the tobi.
