Just a "funny" story to cheer you up this morning....

Yesterday morning at 7.30 I was loading up my van before setting off for work. Climbed in the back with my toolbox which I had been using the night before and just as I was about to get back out there was a huge gust of wind and the back door slammed shut 

My initial reaction was to p#ss myself laughing but after 5 mins I soon stopped. I was trapped. Its an ex P.O van and the mechanism for opening the door from the inside had been covered & riveted up. The van also has a metal guard stopping anyone from getting access to back from the front, so I was really stuck.

Anyway 45 mins later I had managed to get the cover off the rear door (lucky I had the tool box handy) and free myself then set off to work freezing cold and very crabbit. Looking back I can see the funny side of it (as did all my customers yesterday)

Has anyone else got any embarrasing stories.

Glad to see you ''EXTRACTED'' yourself from a tight ''SPOT''.  At least you found the ''SOLUTION'', which was ''ONE STEP'' in the right direction.  Otherwise your customers would have been ''STEAMING''.

If only you'd had a magic ''WAND''.

I have a garage not far from my house which I rent to store my equipment and chemicals etc.
It has a lock and 2 padlocks on it.
One morning I went in to pick  up what i needed for the day and locked up the garage  only to realise I had left my keys ( van,house garage )  in side the garage but I had turned the key in the garage lock so the door was locked before I closed it.
poop I thought locked garage,no spare key,cant get into my van or house and the wife is at work.What the f*** do i do.
In the end I found apaper clip on the floor and picked the lock which took 20 mins ( sounds dead corney but really happened).
Now the keys stay in the van or my pocket.

Could have been a disaster if i had locked the padlocks
