What will remove this?

This I found on a window this week I think its bitumen stick on sealer it seams to be stuck fast

Is there any thing that will get it off ?

chris try this it is to remove bitumastic paint so should work, might be worth giving them a ring to ask first though

Bill i'm not so sure about a paint stripper cos it will prob take off the paint on the frame too

Break the surface and use petrol to wash it off, butumin is a tar based substance and petrol will remove it.

WD40 might work too once you get the main lump off.
