Dont get much water down my pole because I too use only a little. But the funnel tricks just trying to be helpfull.

Theres a hole in my funnel dear Steven dear Steven- a hole 

If the poles dia is say 1" then cut the neck off the funnel so that you have a 1" hole, feed the funnel upside down onto the pole, if its slack just wrap a bit of tape to seal the gap. Water runs down outside of funnel and drips off edge.

May try this when i am doing the underside of a canopy that i do once in a while, with the brush being inverted i get water all the way down to my waist. Thanks

The angle of the brush head.

The more it points towards the vertical the wetter you will become.

What brush are you using ?
