Hi Alex,

went to use the pole I won in comp yesterday had the vid camera ext, got everything out ready.

Went to attach pole to use (wrong fitting) :'( :'( :'(
do you sell the other fittings?
I dont know what they are called but can take a pic, I have a red tap on the end of the hose to control flow of water if that makes any sence. It looks like it is the opposite of the one on your pole.

Feels like a christmas present you get and has not got batteries and every shop is closed :'(

Hi Ian

Alex should be back from work around 3pm.  If he rings in the meantime, I'll ask him.

Just spoken to him.  As you were unsure what fitting you had when Alex spoke to you originally, he put an EZ snap fitting on.  He said:

'Which firm did you get your original fitting from?  We have in stock, EZ Snap, Pro Range and Standard Hozelock.  Post a picture of your fitting and we'll see what we can do for you.'

I suspect that you have got the exact opposite of what we fitted to your pole. Some firms put the tail on the end of a control valve on the hose. If you can post a picture I will be able to confirm and can easily send you the opposite fitting.

What an efficient group of pictures  :)

I know exactly which part to send to you. Would you like it with an 'O' clip fitting or a Jubilee-clip type fitting?

Pics where taken in the dark, and came out better than I thought.

what ever is better, I am guessing that is the 'O' clip.

Can you let me know the cost of these as I would like a tap one aswell for a spare.

We actually do not supply these with the tap fitted to the male tail as you have. We do supply a microbore end tap but it has the female end-stop fitted to fit onto the pole hose tail that we supply as standard.

The best thing would be to source a spare from your original supplier. I will send you out the correct fitting for your prize pole with an 'O' clip.
