I would charge my normal day rate
That would not include traveling time and expenses

Depends on the work,
area,  when you would you  be paid
If you know the company ,
Is it a one off or is it going to be an on going thing ?
As for the amount you earn take your day rate and add 50%

If you are in business either sole trader or ltd company you must know your overheads i.e: how much you or your company needs to earn to break even, your profit is put on top what % profit is up to you!

if you dont know the break even point your in trouble
