I had customer who was a good payer the first 3 cleans and then it went wrong it got to two cleans and i found my self going to the house light on tv on but no one answering door, i was getting extremly frustrated then io caught him driving away from the cul de sac so i blocked him in.
I went over and said i would like to be paid and he said im just going to the bank to get your money mmmmmmm :

so i said her is my bus card with addresss on please post it has iv been round 3 times, ok he said.
then next clean comes and i know i shouldnt of cleaned it but i did

any way went for the money and the same thng no ones home so this time i left a note saying "you now owe 3 cleans please pay today or accept a late payment charge thanks"
well you have proberly guessed he comes with the money 1 hour later(not in) and leaves a letter cancelling(damn he beat me to it) so i think in my news letter i may introduce a late payment charge after a certain period???
does anyone do this?
