Hi Freshi
Last club I did was adjacent to a pub in the local town centre.
Manager took me in and I asked could he turn the lights on. He replied, they are already on - and they were.
Could'nt see a thing till my eyes adjusted......... but I could feel my feet sticking to the floor........  blackcap, lots of it, chewing gum too.

If you seen the one your talking about you obviously have agood idea what its like.
You need a good rate and depending onits condition as to how good for you that will be.
I found they dont want to pay a lot, but in my case, they went for it, I got on top of it, then they let it go. It was not as bad as starting from scratch 2nd time round but tough just the same.
So I would suggest you dont go in too low just to get it again in the future cause then your struggling to go up.

In my case there was times of the week the club was shut so not really a problem to do it in the day. And with your CFR you should be able to get it dry reasonably quick.

Depends how hungary you are.

Hi Fresh Clean,

What machine are you running?   The vast majority of work that i did in my first 10 years as a carpet cleaner was in night clubs using a TM.  The work can be hard going if using a portable.  We used to clean the carpets in a day compared to porty users who used to take upto 3 days.  Pricing can be awkward.  If it is a one off then obviously the charge will be higher compared to a ongoing maintenance clean.  For one off cleans i used to charge around £90 per hour, every 3-4 months £75 per hour & every 1-2 months around £50 per hour.
I would strongly reccomend the use of Prochem Power Burst or HydraMaster Blitz and just clear water rinse.  The use of Micro-Splitters and the likes of Mpower not upto the heavy soil of most clubs.  The prochem & Hydramaster ive named work instantly and very rarley require agitation.

Thanks for your efforts guys but it turns out it's actually a bistro/small hotel so not too worried about that.
