Help with wooden window frames
« on: November 03, 2007, 01:31:15 pm »
Hi All

On of my better accounts has had new windows installed into existing wooden window frames. The problem is that there is a small (maybe 1/4 inch) of a silver foil overlapping the glass coming from the frame which has been painted over. It doesn't seem much thicker than tinfoil and the brush is lifting it off the glass and messing it up. Any pointers before I manage to loose this account or get billed for fixing the problem?

Thanks for any ideas.

can you not avoid the frame? push brush into it instead of side to side up and down maybe
