hi there,

this could be a case of the letting agents trying to get more for less.

we try and keep this type of client to a one spec, standard clean. then when we are on site we will then communicate any extra work  back to the client,

ie carpet cleaning, curtain cleaning.
the requirement for a deep clean to kitchen or bathroom.

on that basis our standard clean price would be about £95,

deep cleans to bathroom or kitchen etc.  we re looking for £25 to £30 per room.

the thing that the cleint has to weigh up is whther the cost is balanced or whether they might want to throw a coat of paint at a,.room to freshen it up.

regards
