rinse aid instead of di

today i tried cleaning my own windows with wfp but used normal water from 25 litre drom results were not bat but i would have to get mixture right has anyone tried this what results did you get

on some new cleans. the builders leave sprinklers on ending up covering the glass with water spots. i spray rinse aid on and wfp it off. it needs a bit more rinsing but comes up very clean

I have wondered about this. In theory it should be possible, after all in pubs glasses are routinely washed with ordinary water plus rinse agent and come up spotless.
