Arghh noooo!!!

Customer phoned today for a clean. I dropped her but forgot why. Anyway I agreed to do it next week. Then she dropped the bombshell "you didn't come back so we cleaned them ourselves all summer by hosing them down!" (tds of nearly 400 round here). poo!  ::)
