I thought it may have been a variation on the Pure water system, as used by window cleaners. But seeing that it's a used item, it's probably recycled ditch water.

Of hand, I can't think of any carpet cleaning system that uses recycled water ::)

It can't be a CFR 'cos the starting bid is greater the the new cost of a CFR ;D
