Buy the belt and adjust it correctly - that makes it a whole lot easier

Been using the extendable lances for about 3 years now... they take some getting used to but once you get the hang of them they are a godsend.

Got arms like Arnie now and a back that needs regular cracking from a Chiropractor but we take a lot of work from those who walk away because of the height issues especially brick cleaning on new-builds.

Hi Neil

I have rigged up an extendable pole to a pump sprayer so that acid can be applied wherever necessary at height.

Builders will rarely accept a day rate for a site, they will want a job price and will usually only pay day rate for extra work.

It is difficult to say what to charge without seeing buildings to be cleaned... you will need to work out how long it will take you and then how much you want to earn.  Be prepared for the builder to knock you down a bit though.
