How are the Altec / fast track guys doing now for business using her for marketing, must have given a big uplift.

Alltec are really pushing this .I must of had around half a dozen emails off them.
I just wonder if this is going to be a winner for them as she seems to be getting some good tv presence lately.

I heard that the fast track system has gone up from £4k to £6k to pay for her.

If it works and it is for you brilliant, not too sure for me but I'm in a position where I am always busy but newbies instead of wasting loads of money on aimless advertising it would be money well spent, if I were starting from scratch I would buy into it.

Wouldnt of minding going over to this event but only got an email about it two weeks ago.  Should have told us months ago.

Not sure how she will benefit you as a company.  I mean all you can say is Anthea Turner recommends carpets cleaned using xyz.  I think customers will see for what it is.

Also a while ago the public disliked her big time when she ran off with someone else although i suppose thats changed as people have short memories.

I think this is the type of marketing that will work at the end of the day, and I have a sneaky feeling it will pay off for them. Hats off to the guys having the balls to try it.

But think of this

I think it’s a no-brainer

To attend the extravaganza on the 30th and 31st and then make an informed decision which will take your BUSINESS to the next level - UNLESS you are happy in your JOB as a carpet cleaner.

I can only say - from my experience - without the Alltec team (Robert, Scott, John, and all the others) our business would certainly not be where it is now.

Think about it - what have you got to loose?

(You might save a few pounds but miss out on the next big thing in Carpet Cleaning)

See you  all in Sandy

Pierre

It's not the instant advertising of her that will do it but it's for the maintenance plan endorsement. Alltec see the Mplans as the way forward to bigger job tickets and bigger sq ft prices and the customer pays over a 12 month period and the cleaner gets them next year also.

Half money down after the initial clean and then the remainder is paid for in the next 6 months by DD a quick interim clean in walkways at 6 month period to show your face and 6 more monthly payments and they you go on month 13 you are ready for another clean Missus and you are 6 months in front with your money, keep paying the £100 a month or so and I'll be your friend for life!

I believe it will do for some and not for others, I personally don't want to be constantly double checking that Mrs. Smith is paying for her Mplan at £21.62 a month and scrutanising every last drop of my bank statement, I am lucky enough to have enough work and would rather clean carpets than do paper work (be there done that)

I once had a meeting with other FT members and Jon Jones from the Wirrall said he had approx £2000 a month go in the bank through Mplans some at say £15 a month some at £100 but many times he would be chasing people who decided to drop out most didn't do a 2nd year and he had a turnover of £4000 a month, he said it did fast track him but then he was finding that the next level was to employ staff and it was not financially viable just so he could check his bank account for non payers.

My wife said Anthea Turner would be a big turn off.

I have got into an aquement with an Anetha Turner type on the General Cleaning Section.

I do think there are a lot of customers who think they are the Perfect Housewife

If there are any left on the shelves I am going to buy BBC Mag.

Piers though is probably correct, he operates in an area where there was already a lot of Fastrackers from the early days and he seems to have been successful in a short space of time.

But as has been said in the past its not only  6k its the cost of the marketing.

From what I read Anetha goes on about the benifits of Truckmount cleaning so that rules out non Truckmounters.

I have also noticed that Chris Bailey who used to be on here frequentley is now a Fastracker.

At one stage I thought I read Chris was leaving Carpet Cleaning.

Ian my wife said the same thing, I asked her if it was a jealousy thing but she said no, anyone who steals husbands isn't liked much in the female world (so it was jealousy then, not that I'd mention it!)

But who better would you get? Kim and Aggie would have cost buckets more, but the men folk would have been safe.

Didn't she sell out on her big day for a Cadbury flake?

I think she's got better looking with age, and less annoying, but still suffers the Ulreka factor.

Good luck to her though and a nice example of practice what you preach from Alltec.

Here's a challenge! Local paper pic with Kim or Aggie promoting your business within the next 12 months.
