good and bad

took on a desperate customer friday not had a window cleaner for 2 years ! "ok i will be back monday to do them its pure water so close all your windows" you guessed it windows open so i call her " oh are they? then you'll have to call back another time then"!! then onto another customer " we are so impressed with your set up and  the way you leave the windows that we have decided to up your money from £12 to £15  a time " now they are the ones i want

desperate customers never seem to have a w/c because as you stated they muck you about, they think you've got nothing better to do, "yer i'll come back at your own convenience when its suits you so you can mess me about again" = no thanx. stick to the good customers that appreciate the service you provide & even put up their own prices. thats nice.

The very first custy I did wfp said exactly the same to me. I was able to do one small window that I'd never been able to before cause it was over a glass canopy. That coupled with the clean frames did the trick.
