Sorry you must get sick of that subject title  but ive just missed the girls in the office I was trying to order a 21ft X-Tel pole online but it came back saying something along the lines of 'item removed from catalogue' does this mean you've stopped supplying them!

If so do you have something better in the pipeline

Thank you for drawing this problem to our attention.  I assure you we have plenty of these in stock, available for immediate dispatch!  There seems to be a website error which isn't allowing anyone to buy any of the X-Tel pole range at the moment.  We have a team of highly unskilled professionals working on it as we speak.  If you are urgently needing the pole, email me what you want to my personal address to the left of this post along with your postal address and telephone number.

Thanks for responding so quickly, dont worry I'll ring Kirsty in the morning, Ive got quite a large order (turning my 1 man system into a 2 man) so I'll order the rest and get the pole added to it
