Hi been asked to clean this ive got my price but how much do you think its worth, im in sussex so prices are higher,

its the 4th floor right at the top, and the windows at the back dont include the balcony., access is all good aswell, oh and its a first clean and regular clean after that



so the two windows on the left and right and there are a few tiny windows connecting the two together, thats the front, ten in total

17 windows @£2per window first clean £34
then £20 per clean after that not many w/c would be able to clean that height that would be a good price in this neck of the woods
What about the flats underneath will they not complain about the dripping water or is that part of the plan to get more work

I personally would say where i live about 60/70 for first clean and thereafter 30/40. But try as much as you like. i would try 60/70 see there reaction if they didnt faint i wouldnt bother doing it cheaper for a regular clean keep it the same. If you wanna make money thats the way you should price all your jobs. test the water first. If you shock them with your price the chances are your bang on. If they dont hesitate and say yes your much too cheap.

Well it would have to be at least £40 for the first one and maybe £25 - £28 thereafter - but I wouldn't quote a job like that anyway.  Too much hassle with neighbours below complaining about their windows being wetted.  Better to try and find out who the freeholder is and quote them for the lot (usually easier said than done).

£25ish  every 2 months- if you get some of the others to make it worth while going round the back.(not including the frames)

i suppose i agree jeff, but something nice to look at, i quoted £20 and £35 first clean every 6weeks

I think £20 is about right, but I never charge more for a first clean unless it qualifies as a builders clean. This tends to allow you to charge a little more for the regular price. For instance on the above price I would probably say £23 per clean and no more for the first clean.
