Clicking on Ninja 400
« on: October 11, 2007, 08:57:12 pm »
Yesterday I was doing a job and using the heater on the machine. I had to move machine slightly (had water in rinse and waste tank) and it started making a clicking sound with a green light flashing inside the engine in tandem with the click. It stopped when I turned heater off. Only been using Ninja for 6 Months and never seen this on any other machine. Anyone know what caused it?

Pete, it sounds very much like the low water level shut off for heater to me.

If it is then at least you know it is working just tickety-boo.

Damian. ;)

Pete, just had a thought-is it a tank heater or inline?

If it's a tank heater then thats possibly/probably the cause.

it's a tank and like I said that adds up cos the water was low and when i moved the machine it would have exposed the element from the wave movement
