Battery power

I bought a new 85 amp hour battery last week. I topped up the charge Sunday night. I have used this battery 8 hours a day all week. The meter is showing it still has 15 volts. As the recommendation is to let it discharge to 12.5 volts before charging, what should I do. It's only dropped half a volt since I put it on.
It's pumped well over a 1000 litres of water and I don't have a split relay.
Do Carlsberg do batteries? Dai

Maybe keep testing it at the end of each day then when it gets to 12.5v you know to charge it that night
