Seriously though, I like it. Not in my taste necessarily but it is very eyecatching without looking corny which is a difficult style to achieve.

Steve, I think you spoil it.

 it has a nice theme then it looks like you've just plonked yourself next to it, you need to dress the part, perhaps with a pointy hat and cloak.

also you need to be looking directly at the camera ( and smiling) so it looks like you are looking out from the van.

if I saw that as I was walking past and wanted a carpet cleaner I would look in the Y/Ps for ( or search on the internet) 'carpet cleaning wizard'

you need to bring your name into the design more.

how about  having a carpet wand in one hand and a magic wand in the other

If you are going to put your picture on your van remember you are not trying to do a photo-shoot for playgirl,

 nobody cares that you are a fat, ugly git

all they care about is 'would I trust that man to come into my home'

look professional & smile, that all it takes.

I doubt the prowler will meqn much to anyone. I agree with Mike. A nice friendly smile looking at the camera with your wand in your hands whilst you stoke it up and down the carpet making it damp.

Don't know why but from your posts and the few emails you have sent I would have pictured you as a moody ante hero type, maybe something along the lines of Dirk Gently from the Hitchhiker Galaxy series from Douglas Adams.

Why don't you put a picture of Keano nutting Shearer on your van. Will get one half of the North East loving you and put a smile on your face every time you get into your van in the morning

No matter what the lads may think of your photo,.. having a picture of yourself in ANY of your advertising will increase the number of calls you get. People like to know what the guy on the other end of the phone line looks like.
