hi not the best at describing things so bear with me

im trying to use my freedom trolley as a van set up, but when i turn the water off
at the pole using the ball valve the pump doesnt turn off.have got flowmaster on trolley. i know i probably dim but what is the problem

The only thing I can think of is that you have a leak somewhere after your trolley.

The slightest leak will prevent any flow controller from operating correctly.

no there was no leak but pressure built up quickly and blew a fitting off the hose reel

I don't know if the flowmaster has the same as the varistream, but inside there is an internal adjustment, I had the same problem of it blowing the connector of the reel, until I adjusted the internal setting.

i think the flowmaster uses the pressure switch the pump on and off,not like the varistream,so i would look at the pressure switch being knackered

I think there is an adjustment on the pressure switch on one of the pumps, Alex Gardiner is the best guy to ask about that.

I think that the Flowmaster is the Eco-Flow re-badged so if it is it uses the pressure switch on your pump.  If it's a Flojet pump then simply remove the plastic cover from the pressure switch, in between the two electrical connections there is a cross headed screw, unwind this a little at a time until you get the desired shut off point.

If it is a SHURflo pump the pressure switch can be adjusted using the small grub screw in the end of the switch.
