Had a customer ring up today been doing them for over 2 years.
And he said my windows do not look finished you have left globuals of water on my windows.
I said thats how its supposed to look.
He said but there globuals and my window sill is flooded.
I said yes but it's cleans.
He said its not normally like that you usually have really high standards and my window are just not finished its only half a job done.
I said no its a full job done your windows are always left wet as it the way cleaning with WFP's work.
My windows are normally dry when you are finished.
I said nope never have been in the last 3 years since i have been WFP every customer get left with wet window.
I just said wait until they are dry and you will see the windows are exactly to the same spec as always.
He still don't believe me that i always leave his windows wet he thinks im trying to pull a fast one.
O well you can't please them all bloody mad customers
