If I sub it to a bona fide contractor at £150 per day, I can still make £560 per month doing nothing but sending invoices.
So if I sell it for £3000, after only 6 months I'd be regretting it.
What is it worth to sell an income of £560 per month for a couple of hours work invoicing and phone calls?
Even if someone bought it for £10,000, after a year they could do the same thing, subbing it out and have £560 coming in for just invoicing.
I'll second that NWH, i also have more valuble work than mike is stating but don't wish to disclose it as it would be classed as bragging
I'm not posting this to brag.... I know for a fact that there is better work out there.
As I say its been two years I've been toying with this idea, I turned down an offer of £6000 a few months ago.
I'm honestly posting this because I need advice.
Commercial work should be valued at about 10 times monthly, usually sold to those that know the work.
At last....Well done Dave, That's more like the figure I had in mind even then I think....
Am I just being daft even thinking of selling it?
