I'd WFP the inside and have a mate with a floor squeegee pulling the water out the front door as you do it.  By far the easiest way (as long as they don't have carpet in the foyer!)

I would do it overnight and use a scissor lift,

I would either get a scaffold tower up or properly your best option is to get a scissor lift in there.

WFP inside can work if there are no electrics, all other stuff can be protected and if the floor is suitable.

If not possible I would use a cherry picker. Take it in through the store if you need to. Then use trad methods with a small pole. A zero angle squeegie is handy for this type of work.

I wouldn't WFP the inside.

If you did you would find yourself rushing because of the amount of water falling to the floor... If you rush it your then in danger of doing a poor job.

I am actually having sleepless nights about this one, i have to set off to Plymouth at
4.30 am to start cleaning by 6.00am,

I have never cleaned anything like this inside, so its a bit daunting.

I have to go back 2 weeks later to clean M&S next door ,( name dropping cough cough, second one, cough cough)

I did the inside of a conservatory roof once with WFP (don't ask  :-\), and because you are consious of the water falling to the floor you do rush, it's just a natural reaction!
