Hi Tags
How much pay are you offering? What does the ad say? Is it ladder work or pole?

With the job center your wasting your time anywaythey don`t want work anyway 99% of the time.I employed for nearly 10yrs and for most of it it was just hassle,if you want my advice i would get top quality work and go it alone if your WFP and a hard worker you`ll do more work and earn more money without having all the stress and overheads. It can work employing don`t get me wrong but they all leave in the end they always think the grass is greener no matter how many perks you give em,finding good employees in our job is like finding needles in haystacks.

i was rearranging my work tags,i will have one week free a month and would be willing to sub around 500 at 20 percent until after christmas,i dont know if this would suit you but give it some thought,i would only be interested in private work like the folly/millhouse etc.i will also keep my ear out for any workers-gl
