There is another thread on here about filters where you mentioned that the middle filter should be a white mesh covered affair. Err...... my replacement set had a blue plastic surrounded filter and was nothing like the old one I took out. Have I got the correct filter here?

round the filter to let water through the filter which is why it needs a washer top and bottom, so that the water goes through the filter and mesh." Unquote

Thanks Alex panic over. I was thinking maybe I should have removed the plastic sleeve or something. Everthing is working fine so no problems. It was the coconut carbon block filter that had a completely different structure to my original.
