I just bought a couple of mk1 swivels and the come complete with a base, that has velcro srips on the bottom, stick the white scourer and scub eggs, bird nuts off the windows.

If you look at the black end piece, it screws directly onto your pole, I don't know about it fitting a vikan, I bought the last 2 from a local supplier, he doesn't know if he can get anymore, but I'll keep asking.
I cut one down as in the picture and fitted it to the brushes I use.

Nice one Jeff. Swivels should come as standard on all WFP brushes. some mock those of us who use supermarket brushes, but when are manufacturers going to start making the brushes we need for the job?

Thats my Gazz brush with the new swivel on.

I broke my swivel some weeks back and it was like having my arm removed, a lighter brush with a swivel on should be standard on all poles, not the heavy vikan we get, I have 3 vikans and 2 are brand new still in there box's.

I used my Vikan sill brush on a twelve foot extender the other day - it's like cleaning in slow motion it's that heavy. Jeff have you tried a Bentley yet? It's not quite got the scrubbing power of a Gaz brush but they are soo comfy to use. I think Alex's new version will be the one - when it comes out.

I have got a bentley Dave, (brush that is  ;D) I used it on a couple of Jobs, they are so light and easy to use, but I found it gets contaminated at the tips to easy,
I was having to stop and clean it far to much, it may have been the couple of Jobs I did, but I went straight back to my Gazz brushes, i don't use anything else now.
I know a lot of guy's use the bentley and are more than happy with them, I may just give it another try one day when I'm not rushing around like a demented cat.
