why will there be spots?ive never had a problem, just expect not to earn as much and take your time, you only have runs when you dont do a proper job take your time scrub well and rinsewhy create a problem?

I am always upfront with everyone customers m8's etc, I am always make it cleaer to a customer if they ever have a problem with my window cleaning to call me and I will be straight back to fix it. I can see a letter opening up alot of problems with people thinking stick and water to clean my house (you need washing up liquid and a sponge) I was talking to a customer today about wfp and the look on his face was a picture, I said you look baffled he said i am I spent about half an hour explaining everything hes over the moon, I said there maybe a few problems at the start his reply to that was I know you always do the best you can, if you think it will work I trust what your saying. Now i could have not bothered saying anything at all and a letter IMO is asking for trouble, I could be very wrong here so please dont bully me it just IMO

I have never spent half an hour explaining wfp to a customer. I tell them the basics and give them an explination letter, and that includes the oldies. To be honest Ian, where we are from, most customers have seen or heard of wfp, nurses and doctors from the local hospitals, company execs from the science and business parks ect ect, so i really dont think you are going to have too much of a problem on change over. Even if my customers are not in, i leave a explination letter. To be honest my canvassers explain the way the system works when they sign up new customers and leave them one of my explination letters in most cases. The thing is, alot of people seem scared to tell thier existing customers of this fantastic, not so new way of cleaning. I did not loose one customer on the change over from trad to wfp, and i have not lost a customer to the way wfp cleans. But its up to you on how you on how you run your business, they are, after all your customers, not mine.
Yeah im in Cambridge, thats why i said that i dont think you will have any or many problems on change over as i didnt. I would say 60-70% of my customers had either seen it or heard of wfp, but depends on what type of customers you have. Its all about educating your customers, only you know the best way of doing that. Im only telling you how i have done/do it, but everybody does it differently, its about using and doing what you feel is best for you.
Yeah no problem, ill mail it tomorrow as im on the laptop. I got it from someone on here, they posted it in the document section.
