It appears the guy has upset one or two people on here why??
I always found that he gave good advice forthright and straight forward but still good advice
It would be a shame to loose a member with the experience that he has and if he does upset and offend just use the filter and dont read his posts

For your information i dont know the guy other than from this forum just feel we dont need to loose the experience from any forum members just my two pence worth

If people leave becuase of banter then it is a shame, what people post on here sometimes does offend as long as it is not slanderous (like a post the other day which was removed), all members need to remember everyone has their own opinion thats what makes it interesting sometimes sometimes a harsh critic is a good one, i enjoy it all good and bad.

I always take stick and can always give as good back if needbe, this forum is a release after a very hard day at work  ;)

I thought macmac was hilarious myself, he made me laugh numerous times but he clearly also had points to make.
I learnt & laughed while reading his posts.

Cheers

Thanks guys
I am heartened by your comments & glad you could see the posts the other day were just a wind up. I have just posted a new topic to clear the air & give an explanation.
Thanks again for your understanding.

Tony you were too quick. I was going to tell everyone you were mortally offended, sulking etc etc ;D ;D Folks, I met Macmac today. He invited me to his house to show me some of his equipment and give me advice that I had asked for. He got my number and said he will pass on work if he can that's more in my area. What more can I say. Top of the pops bloke. Don't lose the good guys.
P.S. Tony, do you really think I should go for that bogof pole deal you suggested ;) ;)
