Help don't know how to change my 4040 ro membrane!

i have got a replacement ro membrane but i don't know how to open the champs housing, anyone give me a hand? maybe a step by step guide would be handy

Wohoo!!!
just phoned the supplier and sorted it out, pressure of water is now all good so no booster pump needed, its pumping out about 1.3 litres a minute, with only about 20% waste.
totally over the moon!!!

Hmmmm 20% waste?
I hope you aren't in a hard water area or if you are that you have a good water softening unit or you will ruin your membrane fast.
You have to be on low water pressure to get only 1.3 ltrs per minute product water with your waste set at 20%

sorry bright n clean, i think i was getting carried away, :
aftedr running it for a few hours i had to tinker with it as the water completly stopped!
it is now about a 60/40 split, and filling up about a litre a minute TDS 31, and i'm in a very hard water area!!

where do you get a water softner, and what psi would a booster pump take me up to?
