My colleague and I have been doing a small commercial round in the centre of Devizes for some time but it is no longer viable for us to do so (travelling from Cheltenham, it means leaving at 6.30!), therefore this round is up for sale.
The round is 2 weekly, some jobs are done two weekly, others are 4 weekly staggered over the month. Rough average is £130 per fortnight, mostly ground floor, some first floor, and some in and outs.
Most customers pay on the day, a couple pay monthly via the post. This is a well established round that could be expanded so we are looking at offers around £600.
We would expect payment of £300 up front, before an introduction to the customers and the balance after one month.
