Dotgov Supplies & services New

Had a call from someone from "Dotgov Supplies & services" to do with tendering for local authority contracts.
Claimed there has been a recent change to the way local authorities now deal with tendering out contracts in that they now have to deal with small-medium size local businesses and sole traders rather than large national companies.

Basically they add you to there directory and you get sent invites to tender on certain contracts and disregard any you can't do or are not interested in.
One off joining fee, suprise, suprise.......although it is not too high.
Get many of these type of calls and disregard most of them as they sound like cons but this one has got me interested.

Anyone had dealings with said company, or even heard of them?
Or know anything about this recent change as regards local authority and tendering contracts to small businesses?

Cheers Paul

You can do this yourself for no charge. Just hunt around the Authority websites and you will find your way. In short, it's a con.
