Can you help?

The guy wants the job cleaned by Monday so its a bit of a rush job.

Potential problems

The top floor looks very high could just reach it but it would mean working from the road which has not been blocked of so would need an early start to get the top floor done before it gets busy (can't close road).
Next problem is that they are filthy and customer understands it will take 3-4 cleans but what we plan to do is go over it twice in this clean and then move onto maintenace contract.

Take a look see what you think? I think would take 2 guy's four days? I quote these jobs all the time but Im stumped on this one !! Also can't get absailers in at short notice.

How many windows ? if it is a rush job they need doing £2 per window. as for closing the road, can you park the van where the cleaners will be? start early enough the ticket prats will still be in bed

You say you can't close the road, have you thought about using a cherry picker, that way you can divert the traffic around your vechicle, a lot safer, and more health and safety.

Price wise

Cherry picker £200 per day plus vat including driver = £940.00
2 Guys @ £35 each per hour times by 7 hour day times by 4 days = £2900.00

Total Price = £2760 plus vat if registed

Even though you are charging £35 per hour per man, you do not pay this to them.

I can't close the road due to time issues as they want it done by Monday? plus they would charge £90 per parking bay per day plus apllication fees and road diversion cost would be a small fortune. I tried this on another building and road closure costs came to around  a £1000 if I remember correctly?
 
I think I'm gonna do the top floor with Cherry picker and the rest with reach and wash going over it twice.
 
I reckon 3 days to reach n wash the G,1,2,3 going over it twice, then that leaves me Saturday early morning say 5am start to do the tops via cherry picker blocking the road for a bit? and maybe hire again for sunday as a back up case we get moved on?

The price you see on there web site is the price you pay a 27mtr machine is only about £350 per day , plus if you ask for Ray he has done window cleaning so could help you

Who ever you use make sure you know just what you have to pay for.Get a total cost
I had a quote from Nationwide, it cost more for fuel and delivery than the cost of tha machine for the day
