It just gives you a worklist in the order you want to do them.

Hi

George lists your jobs in the following order:

First, by Date

Within date, by Priority - Must be done / Shoud be done / Normal

Then, within Priority, by the order you select on the Round Order page.

The Round Order page should show all your Jobs in the order you would do them if you started with your first Job and then did them all in the ideal order.

if you done a road with 20 houses on it 1 side odd 1 side even ie. 1,3,5 etc then instead of having them down as 1,2,3,4,5,6,7.... which would be like crossing the road for every job but with round order you have it 1,3,5,7......then probally go 20.18.16.14 so your round would be in order on the list or handheld. hope this helps

Hi

That's quite right - and it's the reason we don't list Jobs in Address order.

It's also quite possible that you work your way down a road, then do a side turning and then do the rest of the road.

Its also worth mentioning that when you ad a new job to a round it automatically gets listed at the bottom of the round, with round order you can then drag and drop each job exactly where you want it to sit!

Very useful tool.

Hi

Wander along to our website at http://www.georgesystems.co.uk and install the free demo system.

Use it for a few months and if you like it, buy it.
