Has anyone had dealings with Prochem. We are a small cleaning business in Cornwall and as part of our service we do clean carpets. This is not on the scale of you big boys, have been using a Nilco which i must say has up to now proved very good, but bless her, i need to put her into retiremment, so started to look around for a similar size machine and come across "Fivestar" from Prochem. So with pound notes in pocket, rang them to find out how one goes about purchasing this machine, No agent. They don't have anyone in Cornwall that sells machines so i could have a look, Can I purchase direct? Yes but they have no stock will be aleast three weeks.I thought they made these machines? The rep put me in touch with A&D supplies in Devon, very nice and helpful, they can get me Truvox overnight. Perhaps Prochem are that big they don't want to deal with small business. We all started somewhere!!! I will never use Prochem Chemicals or promote there name anymore.
Any of you guys had anything to do with Truvox machines.
