Nicotine stains

does anyone know of any good chems that remove nicotine staines apart from sugar soap, and white vinegar?

Reason why is I have a house to spring clean the occupant has not had the place cleaned for a while.
The stains are everywhere walls, ceiling, windows, wooden furniture,

Hi
Well, usually for all of that I would use Sugar Soap, but I have had a great response with brillo degreaser, spray on from spray bottle, let dwell (you will see it start to drip down the surface), wipe over with a green scourer, and wipe with kitchen towel to soak it all up.
Had a great response in student lets, which as you can imagine....

If thats what it does to your wallpaper then you can only imagine what it does to your body...well, thats what helps me stay off the fAgs now...almost 4 years since i stopped (having stopped many many many times b4...).
I think this picture is enough to make anyone stop smoking, look what the fAgs did to her skin...
