Hi MCL,

I had no joywith the Natwest, even thought I deposit near;y £50,000 in my step last year, and obviously this will be more this time around.

My business link advisior recommended setting up a biz account. So after reading this post I have an appointment with then at midday on Monday.

What sort of things did they ask from you and did they do the norm crdeit check, they say they do, but the final decision is with the business banker themselves.

Any advice would be greatly taken,

e-mail me direct if you like on dustdees@yahoo.co.uk

thanks again

Den

Hi Den

heres a list of things I took with me:

cheques to deposit
CIS 4 Card
Business letter head
2 forms of I.D (passort/drivers license etc)
proof of address (bill)
purchase orders that matched the cheques

I also got a friend to call me during the meeting pretending to be a potential customer.

In all honesty I did'nt really need all this but I had to be sure.

Also I bought my current credit score from experian and discovered that I had no CCJ'S or defaults on my file which was a big help. You can obtain your credit score by logging on to checkmyfile.com. It costs £6.95 from experian which most banks and lenders use or you can purchase all three credit scores for about £16.95.

I hope this helps

regards
